RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with your Yondlane purchase.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you, or a third party designated by you, receives the goods, without having to provide a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at jahsibling@yahoo.com before returning your order. Please include your order number and clearly state that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.

After notifying us of your decision, you must return the goods within 14 days.

Return Conditions

Returned products should be in their original condition and include, where reasonably possible, their original packaging, accessories and documentation.

You may inspect and handle a product only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. You may be responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for this purpose.

Return Shipping

Unless the product is defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise non-conforming, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the product.

Please contact us before sending any return so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions and return address.

Refunds

When you validly exercise your right of withdrawal, we will reimburse the payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option, in accordance with applicable law.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, incorrect or does not correspond to your order, contact us as soon as possible at jahsibling@yahoo.com with your order number and, where appropriate, photographs of the issue.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer-protection laws, including the legal guarantee of conformity.

Exclusions

The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to products falling within an exception provided by applicable law, including certain personalised or made-to-order products and certain sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

Where an exception applies to a particular Yondlane product, this will be indicated before purchase.
